Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

Our shipping information will be displayed clearly on the website and should be consistent with the shipping information submitted to Google Merchant Center. Google recommends that handling and transit times shown on a store and in Merchant Center remain accurate and consistent.

9. Delivery Area

Swift Style currently delivers products within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer standard delivery to destinations outside the United Kingdom.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

10. Returns and Refunds

Swift Style offers a 14-day return period for eligible purchases, subject to applicable UK consumer law.

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns.

Our normal internal refund processing target is within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and the refund has been approved.

This does not limit any statutory refund rights or deadlines that apply under UK law.

11. Cancellation Rights

For eligible online purchases, customers may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.
